Muyang Group was awarded the 2012 Annual Best Talents Enterprises

Recently, “Business Review” and Beisen Evaluation jointly issued the "2012 Annual Best Talents Enterprises" and selected the most suitable enterprises for talents development in the year 2012. Thanks to the outstanding representations in personnel training and development, standing out from more than 200 enterprises surveyed, Jiangsu Muyang Group jointly with CNOOC, Hisense Group, Baicmotor shares this award.

In order to ensure objective and fair, the expert judges cover business organizations, human resources specialists, human resources media and other institutions, including experts and leaders organized by “Human Resources”, “Human Capital Management”, HRoot company. Four perspectives of enterprises were investigated: employees’ professional status, talent management awareness, the effectiveness of the company's internal talent management operations, talent management level and efficiency, which reflects company’s emphasis on the importance of talent and talent management level.

In recent years, with the continuous development of the enterprise, Muyang Group attaches great importance to personnel training and has done a lot of work on it, especially talent reservation and echelon talent-building. Since 2011, the Group has commenced various talent managements, including various types of qualifications and the talent competence model, competence evaluation with the result that continuous number of talents are selected and placed and the platform to enhance the ability of our employees is provided.
