International Feed Machinery Standardization Technical Committee established
On Sep. 10, 2014, under Muyang's efforts, the proposal of establishing the Technology Committee of Feed Machinery was passed at the 61st meeting of ISO Technical Management Board (ISO/TMB). The new technical committee is coded ISO/TC293 Feed machinery. China is appointed as the Chair and the Secretariat of the ISO/TC Feed Machinery. Muyang will deal with all the works needed for developing new ISO standards on behalf of the Secretariat.Industrial standards can help to reduce cost, minimize waste and errors and increase productivity, ensure products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality, and facilitate free and fair global trade.
Since becoming the secretariat of China Feed Machinery Standardization Technology in June, 2008, Muyang has been dedicated itself to the standardization of China's feed machine industry, developing new standards and promoting the application of new achievements in practical productions.
To head the ISO International Feed Machinery Standardization Technical Committee is not only a great honor but also means much responsibility. Muyang claimed that it would dedicate itself to facilitate the international coordination and unification of feed machinery industrial standards, and led the new Technical Committee to further contribute to the sustainable supply of safe, health feed and therefore food.
