APEC-PPFS Summit held to tackle food security challenge
The 2014 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Policy Partnership on Food Security (PPFS) Dialogue on Food Security and the third PPFS Senior Officials' Meeting was held in Beijing from August 14th to 16th. Muyang President Fan Tianming was invited as a delegation member to attend the meeting. An exhibition emphasizes on grain storage technology, and the cooperation on food safety and conservation was also held at the same time. China State Grain Administration, China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation, U.S. Soybean Export Council, Yihai Kerry, China Grain Reserves Management Corporation, and PPFS officials and company representatives from 21 APEC member economies participate the exhibition. Muyang was invited to bring its products and solutions to the show to promote technology communication. Muyang Grain Storage and Handling business support customers in the grain value chain by providing complete logistics solutions in grain handling, cleaning, drying and storage. From grain collection points to grain elevators, from inland and water terminals to processing plants such as feed mills, rice mills, flour mills, breweries and oilseed processing factories, it has constructed over 1000 steel silo projects around the globe.
