Muyang Brought the Classic Grinder Mill "HOME"
--- 30 Years of High Efficiency and High Quality on Muyang Grinder Mill
On June 6th, 2014, "Ceremony on Muyang Grinder Mill with 30 Years of Service Life" was held in Wuling, Nantong. Muyang Domestic Marketing and Service Center, corporate culture division office, feed engineering sector and Jiaxing Platform Company hosted the event.
When we entered the site, we first saw this mill, leaving traces of 30 years, and its impressively displayed on the nameplate with the date of manufacture: May 1984, serial number 010. After energized, the machine would operate normally with strong "whirring", which still showed its power.

Its lasting operation benefitted from Muyang's efficient production system and quality assurance. Since its founding in 1967, Muyang gradually increased investment in research, engineering and process to ensure product quality and seize the high technology ground. In recent years, Muyang had have cooperation with China Agricultural University, Nanjing University, Jiangnan University, Wuhan University, Kansas State University, the National Food Authority Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other research institutes, approved the completion of the national feed processing equipment Engineering technology Research Center, and established R&D Centers in Denmark and the United States. Meanwhile Muyang provided professional service teams to projects, from the contract agreed upon, design, installation, and maintenance to strictly implement the project in accordance with the standard FPD perfect delivery system to create value for our customers.
Speaking of this mill, General Manager of Wuling Chen Song was so proud and he said that the machine made in 1984 had been always great in use during 30 years, and this mill was running more than 300 days a year, working at least 10 hours a day in the correct use and regular maintenance. In order to get more people know the machine, Chen donated the machine back to Muyang with a silk banner.

From a little-known grain depot, to today's world-renowned feed machinery manufacturing and engineering services; born from the 1970s, the country's first mill, to the 2013 feed machinery manufacturing base of world-class technology park, Muyang always made good on the promise to its customers. From a deeper sense, Muyang's 40 years development was a microcosm of the development of Chinese feed industry. Four decades, the feed industry from manual to intelligence, from compact to large intensive development, among the varied, there was always a constant main line, which was Muyang always adhered to customer-oriented and always concerned about the market and customer needs, sticked to the management of innovation and technological innovation, and because of the "paranoid", "FAMSUN-Muyang" stepped into world stage.
Postscript: During 30 years, Wuling Feed Co. was upgraded replacement of three production lines, and the third generation of automatic feed livestock and poultry feed production line is in installation which uses Muyang's full feed engineering equipments.
[Expert Review one] China is already a super country in feed, and the standard in feed manufacturing should surpass Germany and Europe, making Muyang be global.
