Muyang Automatic Packaging Line Was Successfully Developed

On the afternoon of May 29th, Muyang developed its first full-automatic packaging equipment and was tested to run successfully.

The design of production line is so difficult with high precision and complex manufacturing process. In the early part of the packaging machine design, the designers summarized the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques on similar equipments, trying innovation and brainstorming to analyze feedbacks.

In order to improve competitiveness, the designer described the three major advantages of the packaging machine: First, the machine specially set up automatic braking device that can prevent inverted membrane; Second, the machine adopted vacuum membrane technology, making the belt tension membrane with a vacuum adsorption feature, so that you can prevent the tension membrane skid; Third, the machine was added encoders, and the encoder can know whether the machine is slipping.

This automatic packaging production line’s successful test is the result of feed machinery company staff’s two months’ hard work. Since the company got the first order, the staff built the production line successfully in just two months, of which included clean feed station, mixers, screw commission, filling machines and packaging machine.

"In the future, as the company grows, more customers would know us, and we would make the entire filling lines or large mixed packaging process." Product development staff Dai said firmly, "Our main purpose is to combine mixer and packaging machines to undertake large-scale projects."
