Muyang Technological Achievements

On December 14, Jiangsu Province Scientific and Technological Achievements Meeting was held as scheduled in Muyang. Acceptance Committee composed of senior industry and six domestic institutions made the achievements of the project on "Large-scale intelligent energy-efficient twin-screw extrusion ".

During the implementation of the project, Muyang completed five researches, including design and manufacturing on long-life discharge screw and mold, and set up a data on twin screw extruder machinery and complete intelligent optimization control and system, forming a large efficient twin-screw extrusion equipment industry. The project achieved the national scientific and technological progress prize, a national key new product, a high-tech product in Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, it also get 16 patents

In addition, during the project, Muyang also approved to form of the national feed processing equipment center with 4,800 square meters, including the purchase of milling machining center, CNC milling centers, CNC vertical turning centers, CMM and other key equipment 9 sets, forming an annual output of 120 sets of twin-screw extrusion equipment production capacity. After the visit, all the experts form the professional advice: Muyang fully completed the tasks and it was agreed by acceptance.
