The world's largest feed machinery production and research base settled in Jiangsu Muyang Group has been officially put into operation. "May 1,Jiangsu Muyang Group's new plant was officially put into operation. It becomes the first world-class feed machinery production and research base, opening an era of "intelligently manufacturing feed machinery”. The world's largest feed machinery production and research base officially put into operation attracted high degree of attention of CCTV（China Central Television）.

Muyang Group Senior Engineer, Vice President Wang said, the construction of the new factory strictly accords with the world-class standards of planning, with imported processing equipment from Germany, Japan, so the factory production streamline is first adopted in the industry in the world. Thus, the product quality can be comparable with world-class standards. This year, Muyang Group's sales are expected to reach 60 billion -80 billion RMB Yuan, of which 2/3 sales volume will be yielded from the new plant and the international market share will rise to 20% from the current 10%.

Reporters walked in a circle about one kilometer pass along within the plant. Although the workshop is very spacious, the number of employees is not much. It is because that the new plant adopts the most advanced automated production line, which makes robots replace human beings to complete many production chains.

Wang, vice president, said, from raw materials entering workshop to producing, finish machining and spray coating, assembling, transportation, every procedure is specifically handled by one responsible person and different robot introduced. Reporters saw in the new plant two welding robots are put into use, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of the welding. Wang told reporters that in the past, it was welded by humans, which requires not only a large number of workers, but also workers with mater skills. The use of welding robots, not only significantly reduces the number of workers, and higher precision welding robots make product quality also greatly improved. Li Xinfa, general manager of Muyang Group manufacturing center, said streamlined assembly mode greatly improves production efficiency. Now a shift of just 12 people one day can produce sixteen equipments.

In the southeastern area of the workshop, it is Muyang Group’s most high-profile R & D result in the past two years--intelligent operation robot. Reporters saw, a palletizing robot was grabbing some packaged products, and stacking up like bailing. The robot palletizer instead of hand pallet, not only reduces the human costs, but also improves the efficiency of handling and transportation.
